COLLIN NEWTON
PRINCIPAL
San Antonio native Collin Newton graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with a double major in History & Spanish. He began his career in 2014 at Trinity Real Estate Finance, where he assisted in the underwriting and closing of over $1B in commercial loans over seven years. He joined Centro Properties in 2021 to expand its commercial real estate presence. Collin is involved in property management, leasing, and sales of commercial properties.
Outside of work, you’ll typically find Collin enjoying the Pearl, Southtown, and Downtown San Antonio with his wife and their son. He is also an avid skier, loves crabbing in Galveston Bay, is an experienced world traveler, and is a huge sports enthusiast. Collin is a member of Urban Land Institute San Antonio, Alamo Kiwanis, Club Giraud and Town Club.
JACOB MALOY
ASSOCIATE
Jacob Maloy is a commercial real estate broker specializing in leasing and investment sales across San Antonio’s urban core. He brings an underwriting-driven approach to brokerage, leveraging a background in acquisitions, development, and asset management to advise clients on how to position, price, and transact real estate effectively. His experience allows him to look beyond the deal itself—understanding how tenants use space, how investors evaluate risk and return, and how assets can be repositioned to maximize value.
Prior to brokerage, Jacob began his career in Manhattan with Knotel, where he was involved in sourcing and evaluating large-scale office opportunities across multiple markets. He has since been actively involved in underwriting and executing transactions across industrial, flex, office, retail, and multifamily properties, giving him a well-rounded perspective that translates directly into stronger leasing strategy and investment outcomes.
A licensed real estate agent, Jacob works closely with landlords, tenants, and investors to navigate leasing decisions, acquisitions, and dispositions with a practical, execution-focused mindset. Outside of real estate, he enjoys skiing, fly fishing, golf, tennis, playing guitar, hunting, arrowhead hunting, and spending time with his dog, Rooster.
